I add a bookmark on the PC and it goes to both my iPhone and iPad. Or I can add a bookmark on the iPad and it goes to both my PC and iPhone. For someone that does a lot of browsing MobileMe is a good way to untether yourself from the desktop and keep all of your devices in line. If you like photo contacts, active sync with google doesn’t work because it only saves a tiny thumbnail of the pic while MobileMe saves the full screen image. I used to use it and get blocky pictures when setting up another device. And its only $99 a year. Not a lot of money.
