I’ve never thought about traveling to Bulgaria because it gets overshadowed by other Eastern European countries.  I wonder if this is a good thing for potential tourists.  How many tourists visit Bulgaria each year, and is it expensive compared to the neighboring countries?  What is the most popular part of Bulgaria that tourists flock to during the tourist season?
